A hail storm struck the house and literally left holes that you could stick your arm through. Robbie was the first on scene and was enthusiastic the moment he stepped out of the truck. we informed him that we may choose a different contractor but he still remained enthusiastic on JUST LOOKING at the damage. After discussions with multiple contractors we decided to go with Robbie and Summit. We chose to get a "few" upgrades but the entire Summit crew helped us make our dreams a reality. Not only did they help us but they made the entire process with the insurance company STRESS FREE! The constant above and beyond what was expected helped me remain at ease during the entire process. Last year I called to get an evaluation on my roof. I didn’t want to start any other projects until I was sure the roof was okay. The first company didn’t go on the roof and would not provide a quote when I wanted to know if it would be covered by my insurance. The second company was too busy to return my calls. Finally I called Summit. They came out and climbed up on the roof right away. They identified the issues, talked me thru all options and helped me navigate the insurance claim process.
